Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Times:

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Options:

Domestic Shipping: We offer standard and expedited shipping options within the country.

3. Shipping Costs:

Free Shipping: we don’t offer free shipping.
Standard Shipping: Rs. 50 for domestic orders. (IF PAYMENT MODE IS CASH ON DELIVERY)
Expedited Shipping: Rs.150 for domestic orders.

4. Delivery Times:

Domestic Orders: 7-10 business days for standard shipping, 2-3 business days for expedited
shipping.

5. Tracking Information:

Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order is shipped.

8. Delays:

We will notify customers immediately if there are any delays in shipping.
Shipping to Return

To return your product, you should mail your product to: [email protected]

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping
costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted
from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may
vary.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing
shipping insurance which is 15% of purchase value. We don’t guarantee that we will receive
your returned item
